Strata are responsible for the development and agreement of the integrated construction baseline programme (design, procurement, construction) covering all project phases, on behalf of the Main Contractor, Absal Paul. We also maintain the project baseline, including generation of progress reports and updates. This is managed through the programme software itself and also communicated via separate dashboard, written and visual reporting methods. We are continually evaluating the project status against the critical, highlighting slippage and risks as they occur and working with the Site Management Team to develop mitigation and recovery plans if required. Strata have also developed a series of logistical and phasing plans for the project.
