We have successfully delivered our services for multiple confidential data centre projects, involving over 100,000m2 of data halls and a combined value of over €2bn. For each of our data centre projects, we have partnered with our clients on scheduling, regular progress reporting, delay mitigation strategies, viualization, project controls and data analytics.

Project A – Europe
A leading global developer and operator of data centres was adding an additional 18MW of capacity to an existing facility.
Our scope of work involved:
- Managing programmes for the main contractor and subcontractors.
- Ensuring that effective planning and coordination techniques were implemented.
- Managing and supporting documentation and systems.
- Preparing progress presentations and presenting those to the client.
- Managing construction programme, identification of key risks and areas of delay to advise the client on the best course of action, reviewing the main contractor schedule and providing commercial support.

Project B – Middle East
This project consisted of the construction of a high capacity Data Centre in the Middle East.
Project Details:
- Civil, Structural and Architectural, including a significant concrete pile installation and structural steel frame.
- Full MEP installation.
- Co-ordination and installation of all client supplied equipment.
- Construction Programme Duration: 48 weeks.

Project C – Ireland
This project consisted of the construction of a high capacity Data Centre in Ireland. It consisted of a fast track turnkey 12,000 sq.m. two-storey data storage building including electrical, mechanical and sprinkler systems.
Project Details:
- Civil, Structural and Architectural.
- Full MEP installation.
- Co-ordination and installation of all client supplied equipment.
- Construction Programme Duration: 18 months.
