Client Stakeholder Management

We have extensive experience in the coordination and integration of Client stakeholders and direct contracts within the overall construction process, when developing and managing a master delivery schedule . This includes design, procurement, delivery, installation, and commissioning through to final validation and handover of stakeholder items.
Our team provides comprehensive support to ensure that long lead and specialist equipment and client direct contractor works are seamlessly integrated into the overall construction project programme. We offer a turnkey project service, streamlining the entire process for our clients.
An example of our expertise is showcased in the ESS Lund project in Sweden, where we successfully managed the integration of five separate client divisions. Each division had distinct installation works for the 22 buildings being delivered by the main contractor. Acting on behalf of the main contractor (client), we facilitated agreements on access dates, assessed the status of buildings during handover, and ensured the efficient integration of stakeholder works with concurrent activities of the main contractor.
