- Developing and establishing the project baseline schedule
- End-to-end schedule management from pre-shutdown through to the shutdown period and commissioning / tuning.
- Providing real-time progress updates through dashboard reporting and visualisation tools.
- Accurately managing and incorporating schedule changes as they occur
- Undertake ‘what-if’ scenarios to assess the potential schedule impact of any proposed additional work
- Integrating the plant operations scope into the overall project schedule
- Conducting continuous critical path analysis to manage risk and protect key milestones
