Strata supports the delivery of complex maintenance and upgrade programmes across the full lifecycle, from pre-outage planning through to execution and return to service. Our role is centred on bringing clarity, control, and consistency within highly constrained and operationally critical environments.

- Establishing robust baseline programmes aligned with operational requirements, creating a clear and reliable foundation for delivery
- Managing end to end scheduling from pre shutdown through execution, commissioning, and return to service, ensuring seamless coordination across all phases
- Providing real time progress visibility through data led reporting and visualisation, enabling informed decision making and proactive management
- Managing programme changes while maintaining schedule integrity, minimising disruption and protecting delivery timelines
- Undertaking scenario analysis to assess the impact of proposed works or disruptions, supporting risk mitigation and contingency planning Integrating operations and project scopes into a single coordinated programme, improving alignment and reducing interface risk
