We’re officially a Certified B Corp
We are proud to share that Strata is a Certified B Corporation, with a verified B Impact Score of 87.4. This achievement makes us the first company in Ireland’s construction and engineering sector to meet this global standard, reflecting the ambition we have for responsible practice in our industry.
Sustainability is now embedded in our DNA
As part of our B Corp Journey, we’ve embedded our commitment to our business, our people, and our planet into our incorporation documents. This means our leaders consider how the decisions we make affect everyone in our business, not just its shareholders. This has moved us from the traditional shareholder business model to a stakeholder focused one, formalising what has always guided Strata’s approach: looking after people, supporting communities and protecting the planet while delivering excellent work.

Delivering on our sustainability goals requires rigorous, consistent oversight. Annual ESG audits, impact reporting and ISO surveillance track our progress and keep us accountable. Our integrated certifications across ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 19650 and 27001 operate as a single management system, enabling safe, consistent and sustainable delivery across projects while protecting client data and cyber assets.
Increasing our social impact
We’re committed to increasing female representation through structured development, clear promotion pathways and targeted recruitment. We’re also expanding community partnerships, sharing our expertise and knowledge, to support communities across Ireland.
One example is our work with Sporting Liberties Sporting Liberties | Take Action Now for Children’s Sports, where our team created a 4D digital animation that brought their proposed community sports facility to life, helping them to communicate the vision, sequencing, and social impact of this much needed project to funders.
