- Strata provided scheduling leadership from the pre construction phase, offering strategic input across planning, sequencing, and delivery to ensure the project was effectively set up from the outset. This included close collaboration with design, engineering, and delivery teams to align key milestones and proactively manage early stage risks.
- We led the development and ongoing management of the master schedule and phasing strategy, integrating critical workstreams across design, procurement, enabling works, and construction to support a coordinated delivery approach.
- Strata also delivered data led reporting and analytics, providing real time insights through interactive dashboards and progress updates, supporting informed decision making at all stages of the project lifecycle.
