At Strata, Enda leads a team of engineering, digital, and data specialists who deliver expertise in planning, project controls, analytics, and delay analysis. His engineering-led, digitally enabled approach underpins Strata’s commitment to smarter, data-driven project delivery and enhanced performance for clients.
Prior to establishing Strata, Enda was Head Planner for Skanska on the European Spallation Source (ESS) project)—one of Europe’s most complex infrastructure developments. He holds an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King’s College London and has deep expertise in delay analysis and dispute resolution, bringing both technical and commercial clarity to complex project challenges.
Melissa Sheridan
Operations & Marketing DirectorMelissa is Strata’s Marketing and Operations Director, bringing more than 20 years of commercial experience in strategic marketing, operations and business leadership.
At Strata, she leads the company’s marketing and operations functions, overseeing strategic planning, execution and performance management to support the company’s growth and international expansion.
Before joining Strata in 2022, Melissa held senior marketing and commercial roles at Kerry, AbbVie and Abbott, where she worked across diverse portfolios, markets and regions. Her experience spans global marketing, market development, portfolio management and business transformation, bringing strong commercial insight to Strata’s growth and long-term direction.
Christopher Dunn
Energy Sector & Preconstruction LeadWith almost 20 years of international experience, Chris has delivered complex, high-value projects across a range of industry sectors. At Strata, he leads a team of scheduling engineers who provide comprehensive planning support throughout all project phases, from pre-construction through to completion. His team develops integrated baseline schedules, phasing and logistics plans, and delivers ongoing schedule management to ensure clarity, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
Chris joined Strata in 2017 from Kentz in Western Australia, where he played a key role in several major projects, including the Gorgon LNG Project, one of the world’s largest natural gas developments, and the award-winning Fiona Stanley Hospital in Perth.
He has a particular specialism in the scheduling of mission-critical facilities within the energy sector, where he has led planning for major maintenance and upgrade programmes. Chris combines technical expertise with a strategic, solutions-focused approach that enhances project certainty and performance.
Håkan Olovsson
Director Strata SwedenHåkan is the Director of Strata Sweden, bringing over 30 years of experience in project and commercial management across major Nordic construction and infrastructure projects.
Throughout his career, Håkan has held senior roles on landmark developments including the Hallandsås Tunnel, the European Spallation Source (ESS) campus, and a wide portfolio of renewable energy, bridge, rail, and metro projects. His depth of experience across multiple sectors gives him a comprehensive understanding of complex project delivery in demanding technical and commercial environments.
At Strata, Håkan leads the company’s expanding Swedish business, overseeing the establishment and growth of Strata’s services across the Nordic region. He is focused on strengthening partnerships, enhancing delivery capability, and embedding Strata’s engineering-led, digitally enabled approach to deliver greater certainty, performance, and value for clients.
Adam Breedt
Data Centre Sector & MEP LeadAdam is a highly experienced construction planning leader with over 20 years of experience across Ireland, mainland Europe, and South Africa. He brings strong expertise in planning management, project controls, and forensic planning across complex delivery environments.
At Strata, Adam leads the Data Centre and MEP team, providing direction and technical guidance across large-scale, mission-critical projects. He oversees planning strategies throughout design, construction and commissioning, ensuring his team delivers coordinated and effective planning support across every project phase.

Neif Silveira
VDC / BIM ManagerNeif is Strata’s VDC / BIM Manager and Head of the in-house Modelling and 4D Visualisation team.
With over 15 years of experience working with major construction companies, Neif combines deep industry knowledge with advanced digital construction expertise. A qualified Civil Engineer with master’s degrees in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Project Planning and Management, he specialises in integrating 3D and 4D models with project schedules to create time-based visualisations of the construction sequence.
At Strata, Neif leads the delivery of 4D services that bring project programmes to life. By linking modelling and scheduling, his team provides clients with greater clarity, improved coordination, and early insight into potential risks—driving more predictable and efficient project delivery.
Neif ensures that 4D modelling serves not only as a visualisation tool but as a strategic enabler of smarter planning, sequencing, and decision-making across every stage of the project lifecycle.
Carl Kelly
Digital Construction LeadCarl is Strata’s Digital Construction Lead and head of the Digital PMO and Analytics team. With over 15 years of construction industry experience across contractors and material suppliers, he combines practical project knowledge with expertise in digital delivery, data and performance management.
At Strata, Carl leads a specialist team that develops and implements digital PMO solutions for complex projects and programmes. His team brings together project controls, real-time data and advanced analytics to provide consistent reporting, clear performance insights and greater visibility of risks and priorities.
Carl is focused on using automation, AI and machine learning to strengthen project governance and enable faster, more informed decision-making. His approach helps clients improve transparency, collaboration and performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Matthias Moser
DACH Region LeadMatthias leads Strata’s growth and client delivery across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, bringing over 15 years of international experience in construction planning, project controls, and delay analysis.
He has worked with leading European construction companies on major and technically complex developments, with particular expertise in mission-critical and fast-paced delivery environments.
Matthias supports clients through robust planning, claims analysis, and risk mitigation while driving Strata’s expansion across the DACH market.
Niamh Geraghty
Head of PeopleNiamh leads Strata’s people strategy and organisational development agenda, ensuring the business attracts, develops, and retains the talent needed to support continued growth.
She plays a central role in shaping Strata’s people-first culture, overseeing workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, wellbeing, and employee engagement.
Working closely with senior leadership, Niamh aligns people strategy with business objectives and helps position Strata as an employer of choice.

An accomplished finance professional, she provides strategic oversight of Strata’s financial planning, performance, and governance, ensuring the company’s continued growth and long-term sustainability.
At Strata, Laura is responsible for shaping and leading the finance function, driving strategic growth initiatives, and strengthening financial planning to support international expansion. Her analytical approach and commercial insight enable data-driven decision-making across the business.
Laura joined Strata in 2024, following senior finance roles in high-growth technology companies, where she developed and implemented financial strategies that enhanced operational efficiency and supported rapid business scaling in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
