The Guinness Partnership is one of the largest providers of affordable housing and care in England. At their east London Bromley-By-Bow site, they will build approximately 900 homes, half of which will be affordable homes. These new homes will form part of the most important regeneration schemes in East London since the Olympics.
Henry Construction, contractor for the Bromley-By-Bow Imperial 2 development phase are delivering the construction of 500 homes and approximately 40,000 sq ft of community and workspace.
Strata were initially involved in this project at tender stage, developing the tender programme, phasing and logistical strategy in conjunction with Henry Construction. We are now engaged in the project at Construction Stage to manage all programme related elements on behalf of the main contractor. This included the development and agreement of the integrated construction baseline programme and subsequent progress monitoring and reporting. Strata have also developed a series of logistical and phasing plans for the project.
The project is currently due to complete in Q2 2022.
