This pharmaceutical project will more than double the size of an existing facility, creating one of the largest multi-modal biopharmaceutical manufacturing sites in Europe.
The project consists of a new laboratory building, with offices spaces and a multi-modal facility where the production of innovative biological medicines will take place.
Strata’s role:
Strata’s scope of work in this project involves:- Managing the construction program.
- Identifying risks and potential areas of delay.
- Advising the client on risk mitigation through progress reports and updates. This is done using program software and communicated via interactive dashboards and visual reports, including 4D visualisations.
- Reviewing the main contractor schedule and providing commercial support.
