    • Developing the master programme and overall site logistics and phasing from inception to completion.
    • Advising on site logistics and Crane requirements.
    • Programme resourcing for Labour requirements.
    • Poduction of 4D animation linked to the programme to show construction sequence and logistics phasing.
    • Production & Management of Site construction programme.
    • Progress reporting & monitoring for the Client.
    • Assisting the client in subcontractor’s meetings & subcontractor programme reviews.
