• Lead integrated programme management across all stakeholders
• Maintain programme integrity through planning, sequencing, and progress control

• Enable commissioning and asset data integration with live performance insights
Visualisation and Communication
• Develop high quality 4D visualisations and animations to communicate sequencing and strategy

• Apply Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) to assess programme certainty
