- What is your current role and what do you enjoy about it? I’m a Motion Designer, which means I take data, technical details, and sometimes very complex information, and bring it to life visually so it’s easy to understand and engaging to look at. I really enjoy that process because it’s not just about making things look good, it’s about turning something that might feel overwhelming into something clear, impactful, and even inspiring. No two projects are also the same, so my work always feels new and dynamic. I get to constantly push myself to find fresh, creative ways of telling a story visually.
- How has your experience/career grown since joining the company? Since I joined Strata, I’ve grown both my technical skills and in the way I approach visual solutions. Working across different projects has expanded my perspective on how motion design can simplify complex information and add real value within our sector. It’s helped me grow not only as a designer, but also in how I use visual storytelling to make an impact.
- What opportunities have you had for growth, training, or new experiences? I’ve had the chance to work on a variety of projects, which allowed me to explore new approaches and experiment with different techniques. Through the feedback I’ve received, I’ve been able to refine and improve my animations, always keeping a mindset of continuous growth. I’ve also had the freedom to develop new ideas and implement new animation standards, which is really important for my professional development.
- How would you describe the team culture? The culture is collaborative, with constant knowledge-sharing. The team is very technical, but at the same time, very open to exchanging ideas and learning from each other. It creates a work environment where we feel supported to grow and contribute.
- What advice would you give someone thinking about joining Strata? I’d say come with the willingness to learn and challenge yourself. Strata is an environment that values innovation and provides space for development. It’s a place where you can grow significantly if you bring curiosity and initiative.
