Sugar House Island – Office space now available for start ups

Vastint, the international real estate company is now taking reservations for office space at Dane’s Yard,  Sugar House Island, their new 26-acre energy-efficient creatively designed, mixed-use development in Stratford, East London.

Dane’s Yard at Sugar House Island, is a new self-styled ‘creative quarter’, and only a stone’s throw from the Olympic Park in Stratford. It is offering tech start-ups a cheaper alternative to London’s silicon roundabout.

Strata is providing construction planning and project management services to Henry Construction, appointed as main building contractor for Dane’s Yard.
