Congratulations to Aoife O’Riordan – Shortlisted for Rising Star of the year, Women in Construction Awards 2025

We are delighted that Aoife O’Riordan, Project Planner has been shortlisted for a Rising Star of the Year in the 2025 Irish Women in Construction Awards.

Aoife joined Strata in January 2024 and since then, she has demonstrated ambition, determination, and great team work to accelerate her career.  She was initially involved in a large scale pharmaceutical project and since last Summer, she has been on secondment to Sweden where she is responsible for scheduling on two significant data centre projects.

We are proud to have many talented women at all levels of our team at Strata. Their expertise, leadership, and diverse perspectives play a vital role in driving our success and shaping the future of our business. We are committed to gender diversity in the construction industry and actively support the Women in Construction Awards, which celebrate and recognise the outstanding contributions of women across the sector.
