At Strata, we put people first, creating an environment where individuals are supported to learn and grow. Through challenging projects, trusted responsibility, and a collaborative culture, our people are empowered to reach their full potential.
Daire joined Strata for the opportunity to progress his career through exposure to a wide range of cross-sector and international projects. With a background in civil engineering and experience primarily in the residential sector, he was looking for a role that would stretch him both technically and professionally.
Since joining, Daire has had the opportunity to work on a range of infrastructure schemes including motorways, bridges, and energy projects, and is currently supporting a data centre project in Sweden. This variety of work has enabled him to broaden his technical expertise, gain valuable international experience, and develop a deeper understanding of multiple sectors.
“I’m constantly faced with complex challenges. Solving these engineering problems gives me a great sense of satisfaction. I really enjoy dealing with people every day, that’s one of the best parts of the job. I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with highly skilled and supportive engineers.”
At Strata, we believe that when talented people are given the right environment and opportunities, they can achieve exceptional things. Daire’s journey is just one example of how we support our people to reach their potential and build careers they’re proud of.
