- What’s your current role and what do you enjoy about it? I’m a Senior Data Analyst at Strata, and what I really enjoy is the variety in the work. No two projects are the same, and whether the data is complex or straightforward, I like finding creative and practical ways to turn it into streamlined solutions. For me, it’s about simplifying the process and delivering insights that genuinely help people make better decisions.
- How has your experience / career grown since joining the company? Since joining Strata, I’ve had the chance to take on more ownership of projects and grow both technically and professionally. I’ve built up my skills in analytics and automation, while also learning a lot about client engagement and delivering solutions end-to-end. Along the way, I’ve also started taking on elements of project coordination and guidance, which has helped me gradually build my leadership skills.
- What opportunities have you had for growth, training, or new experiences? There have been loads of opportunities to explore new tools and approaches, from data automation and app development to building up my knowledge in data engineering and AI. I was also part of Strata’s LEAP (Leadership Excellence Acceleration Programme), which really helped me strengthen my leadership and communication skills. I’ve also had the chance to attend industry talks and events that expanded my knowledge of the digital construction space and introduced me to new ideas. Cross-team projects and client-facing work have also pushed me out of my comfort zone and given me valuable experiences that I wouldn’t have had otherwise.
- How would you describe the team culture? The culture at Strata is one of the things I appreciate most. Everyone is friendly, supportive, and approachable, which makes it easy to enjoy working together day to day. There’s a genuine sense of teamwork, where ideas are welcomed and successes are shared, and that makes the work not only rewarding but also a lot of fun. At the same time, the culture encourages creativity and innovation, which makes it a great place to grow.
- What advice would you give someone thinking about joining Strata? If you’re thinking about joining, I’d say go for it. Be open to learning, share your ideas, and get involved, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to grow while working on interesting projects with a great team.
