Alex Carvajal appointed as Project Controls Lead

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Alex Carvajal as the Project Controls lead at Strata. In this role, Alex will lead our newly established Project Controls division, taking on the responsibility of enhancing our project controls capabilities for clients on a global scale.
Alex brings with him over 20 years of extensive experience as a construction professional, having worked across the USA, Africa, The Middle East, and Europe. His global expertise in project controls spans various sectors, including energy, oil and gas, and infrastructure. He has successfully delivered projects for numerous governments and leading international companies including Shell, Jacobs Engineering, and Hewlett Packard.
Throughout his career, Alex has demonstrated leadership by effectively guiding large, multi-disciplinary teams in developing, implementing, and delivering project controls services. These services encompass cost engineering, risk management, cost control, cost estimating, and scheduling, with a significant emphasis on project performance, data management, digital systems, and innovations.
The construction sector is currently undergoing a major transformation, embracing innovative technologies and environmental responsibility. Strata is excited to be part of this transformative journey, and our goal is to expedite our contribution to the efficient and environmentally conscious delivery of large construction projects.
