Graziela Busnello, Planning Engineer at Strata, shares her journey, from what first attracted her to the business to how her career has progressed across complex, high-profile projects.
I work as a Planning Engineer at Strata, currently supporting a major fit-out project. It’s a large-scale, impressive development, and I’m part of the on-site team making sure activities stay coordinated and on track. Being so close to the action means every day brings new challenges, new conversations, and new opportunities to learn.
Since joining Strata, my career has developed significantly. I started as a Project Planner, working on a large-scale data centre project in London and later on an aviation project in Dublin. The experience I gained across these complex environments helped me progress into my current role as a Planning Engineer—a step that reflects both the responsibility I was ready for and the trust Strata places in its people.
What I enjoy most is the dynamic nature of the work. No two days are ever the same. You’re constantly learning—from the projects, from the challenges, and from the people around you. Strata is a truly diverse company, with colleagues from many different countries and backgrounds, and that mix of perspectives makes the work even more rewarding.
