Planning Division Promotions

Paraic Curley has been promoted to the position of Planning Manager. Since joining Strata in 2021, Paraic’s strong background in civil engineering and deep understanding of project scheduling across diverse sectors, including Infrastructure, Data Centers, Industrial, and Transportation have been a big asset to Strata. His valuable contributions have made him an integral part of our team, fostering robust partnerships with clients, colleagues, and peers and contributing to the success of numerous projects. Paraic is currently involved in the schedule management of a major Civil Infrastructure project in Ireland.

In addition, Mark Carmichael has been appointed as the Pre-Construction Planning Lead at Strata. Mark brings an extensive wealth of knowledge and particular expertise in complex groundworks, substructure/basement and structural frames for major building projects, making him the ideal leader for our Pre-Construction team. Since joining Strata in 2021, Mark has played a pivotal role in the successful delivery of large-scale residential, commercial and healthcare projects in Ireland and the UK. His contributions span the complete project life cycle, encompassing preconstruction and construction scheduling, logistical and phasing plans, and he has provided expertise to the development of 3D and 4D models.
