Strata is delighted to be involved in planning of the innovative Strand East, Stratford development

Strata is providing construction planning and project management services for the innovative Strand East, London development. We are providing this service to Henry Construction, the main contractor responsible for developing 17 of the 33 buildings planned for Strand East.
The Strand East development, by international real estate organisation Vastint, will completely tansform this historic and near-derelict 26 acre site in Stratford, London, bringing it back to life as an energy-efficient creatively designed, mixed-use neighbourhood.
It is an ambitious construction project created with users at its centre. The total Strand East development when completed, will consist of 1,200 new homes (40% of which will be family orientated with three or more bedrooms), 58,000 m2 of space for businesses, including local shops, cafes, restaurants and other community facilities.
