Our inhouse team of VDC specialists combine traditional Gantt Charts with innovative captivating visual technologies to develop project storyboards, 3D models, and 4D/5D animations. This powerful combination allows us to effectively convey complex project details, enabling all stakeholders to understand the sequence and final construct.

Our comprehensive approach involves representing all project elements including temporary works, scaffolding, cranes, site cabins, and logistical layouts within the model. We visually present the project process, comparing as-built versus planned scenarios, and test potential project changes. It empowers us to explore different sequencing options, site logistics, temporary works alternatives, and costs through interactive “what if” scenarios.

We utilize a range of innovative software tools to develop our visualization and modelling solutions, which are used during the tender stage, throughout the project life cycle and to support delay analysis claims.

• Digital rehearsals

  Through advanced technology, we simulate and evaluate construction activities before they are executed. By creating a virtual environment that replicates the construction site, incorporating all necessary elements, such as building models, equipment, materials, and labour, we streamline operations, minimize errors, improve communication, and enhance project outcomes.
• Site Logistics
  We present all site logistics activities with both detailed visuals and animations, supporting the management of site limitations as construction progresses. These include visualising initial site set up, vehicle activity including traffic management, safe pedestrian access and security issues.
• Interior Fit out

  Our Interior fit out visualisations communicate all programme activities that are required to complete a construction project. We highlight an entire construction sequence of your preferred area and display these with either 3D stills or a fluid 4D animation.
