Funding deal sees construction start at Circus Street

Congratulations to developer U&I for securing funding and to Henry Construction, appointed as main contractor for the £130mn Circus Street, Brighton development. Circus street will be one of the most significant regeneration projects to be constructed in Brighton, delivering significant cultural and socio-economic benefits to the local community.
