This role is ideal for someone with around 2 years of site or project experience who is keen to develop their career in construction planning, project controls, and digital delivery.

You’ll work closely with experienced planners, engineers, and site teams, supporting how projects are planned, tracked, and delivered. The role offers hands-on exposure to modern, data-driven planning tools and methodologies, with strong mentoring and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation and review of method statements, contributing to safe and efficient construction delivery.
  • Help develop sequence sketches, phasing diagrams, and simple planning visuals to support site coordination.
  • Collaborate with site, design, engineering, and commercial teams to gather information and support identification of programme risks and opportunities.
  • Assist with progress measurement activities, including quantities installed, basic earned value tracking, and monitoring key milestones.
  • Support tracking of procurement and delivery activities, including off-site fabrication and key interfaces with the construction programme.
  • Provide assistance with change management and programme updates, including recording delays and supporting impact assessments.
  • Develop an understanding of key programme drivers, learning how float, critical paths, and constraints are managed on live projects.

Qualifications:

  • Degree-qualified in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • >2 years’ experience in the construction industry, ideally with exposure to site delivery or project controls.
  • Basic working knowledge or strong interest in planning and scheduling software (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Interest in digital construction and modern planning tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a structured and analytical mindset.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn from and collaborate with others.
  • Proactive and motivated, with a desire to build a long-term career in construction planning.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across project locations.
  • Must have the right to work full time in the EU.
