Chris is a Plannng Director and the head of the Scheduling Division.
He has almost 20 years’ international experience working on challenging high-value projects across all industry sectors.
At Strata, Chris leads a team who are responsible for providing full planning support services through pre-construction and construction stages of projects. This involves preparing integrated baseline construction schedules, phasing / logistics plans and performing schedule management through the project life-cycle.
Chris joined Strata in 2017, from Kentz in Western Australia, where he was involved in scheduling for many significant projects, including the Gorgon LNG project, one of the world’s largest natural gas projects, and the multiple award winning Fiona Stanley Hospital in Perth, Australia.
Chris has a specialty in the scheduling of mission critical facilities, particularly in the energy sector, where he has led scheduling for multiple maintenance and upgrade projects.
Chris is fluent in both English and French.

Enda is a Director and Founder of Strata. He is a highly experienced construction planner with over 20 years’ experience, working across all construction sectors. At Strata, he leads a specialist engineering team who provide expert planning, project controls, analytics, visualisation and delay analysis services.
Prior to establishing Strata, Enda was the head planner for Skanska on the ESS (European Spallation Source) project in Sweden, one of Europe’s largest active infrastructure projects. The ESS project is a €3 billion scientific research facility involving a 600m linear accelerator tunnel and once operational, it will become the world’s most powerful neutron source.
Enda has a specialty in construction delay analysis, having completed an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution at Kings College London. This along with his considerable planning expertise has enabled him to conduct multiple delay analysis including as-planned versus as-built and time impact analysis to support and defend extensions of time. He has extensive knowledge of dispute resolution methods and has presented at multiple negotiation meetings as well as in the commercial courts.

Carl is a digital construction lead and head of the Analytics Division.
He has over 10 years’ of construction industry experience, working with both contractors and construction material suppliers. At Strata, Carl leads a team who partner with our clients to integrate and analyse real-time data from multiple sources, including financial data, project schedules, and other sources to improve project delivery.
Carl is an experience construction scheduler and has managed a variety of residential, pharmaceutical, data centre and industrial projects.

Neif is a VDC / BIM Manager with responsibility for our in-house modelling and project visualization team, which when combined with our schedules, deliver a comprehensive, multi-faceted construction planning package.
He is a Civil Engineer with a master’s degree in BIM and also in Project Planning and Management. Neif has over fifteen years’ experience working with some of the largest Brazilian construction companies. He leverages this knowledge when linking the visualisation of our 3D and 4D models to the construction schedule and sequence.
Neif is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.

Håkan Olovsson is Director of Strata Sweden. With over 30 years’ experience across major Nordic construction and infrastructure projects, he brings extensive expertise in project and commercial management to the Strata team.
Throughout his career, Håkan has played key roles on landmark projects including the Hallandsås tunnel, the European Spallation Source campus, as well as a wide portfolio of renewable energy developments, major bridge construction, and rail and metro schemes.
At Strata, Håkan leads the company’s expanding Swedish business, with responsibility for establishing and growing Strata's services.
