The National Rehabilitation Hospital in Dublin, is an Irish publicly funded hospital that provides rehabilitation treatment for those who have a disability due to illness or injury. To ensure continued best outcomes for patients, the hospital is undergoing a redevelopment, where existing ward accommodation will be replaced by a new fit for purpose block of 120 single ensuite bedrooms.  Significant campus infrastructure upgrades will also take place concurrently. These works are being carried out on a live healthcare campus, without interruption to ongoing hospital operation.

Strata’s role on this project was to maintain and manage the baseline contract programme, including the preparation of detailed progress reports. This involved the recording of as built data and progress, critical path analysis and change management. Form of Contract: NGFOC
