We have successfully completed the planning management for multiple confidential data centre projects, involving over 100,000m² of data halls and a combined value of €500m.  Clients trust us to deliver exceptional planning management for data centre projects. For each of our data centre projects, we have supported our clients with planning management, regular progress reporting and delay mitigation strategies.

Project A –  Europe

The project consist of the construction of multiple single storey data centres up to 7.2MW

Project Details;

• Civil, Structural and Architectural – 20 data hall cells, office building, external sub stations, water treatment plants, pumphouses, landscaping, perimeter roads, fencing, security and parking areas.
• Full MEP installation –  equipment, electrical component rooms, generators and mechanical systems,
• Co-ordination and installation of all client supplied equipment
• Construction Programme Duration: 18 months

Project B –  Middle East

This project consisted of the construction of a high capacity Data Centre in the Middle East.

Project Details;

• Civil, Structural and Architectural, including a significant concrete pile installation and structural steel frame,
• Full MEP installation
• Co-ordination and installation of all client supplied equipment
• Construction Programme Duration: 48 weeks

Project C –  Ireland

This project consisted of the construction of a high capacity Data Centre in Ireland. It consisted of a fast track turnkey 12,000 sq.m. two-storey data storage building including electrical, mechanical and sprinkler systems.
