Strata are involved in a number of confidential pharmaceutical projects in the Netherlands, providing all project planning support on behalf of the ePCM Contractor responsible for delivering the projects. The key functions are to establish the integrated master schedule for the projects, which includes pre-construction, permitting, design, procurement, construction stage and finally commissioning and validation. We also manage the coordination and integration of the specialist subcontractors, schedules into the overall master schedule. All schedules are resource loaded, to manage the reporting process using earned value analysis. In addition we are responsible for all progress reporting and schedule management throughout the project cycle.
